This home recently underwent a complete interior renovation to provide you with luxury amenities and all the modern conveniences of home. With a wall of lakefront windows in the kitchen and dining room, you will have plenty of space to gaze at the sparkling waters of Seneca Lake.
Step inside and you'll find upscale lake charm décor throughout. The open concept allows easy entertainment and wonderful gathering spaces. Walk through the main family room to find the modern kitchen complete with a center island, perfect for the chef to still enjoy everyone's company while preparing savory dishes. The Keurig will will help get you going in the morning and the long dining table with one bench provides the perfect lakeview space for family meals and game nights.
The master bedroom is located on the entry level of this home and is equipped with a King size bed. Just down the hall, the entry level bathroom is sparkling with new white tile with the perfect vintage touches.
A narrow stairwell leads you upstairs where you'll find two additional bedrooms comfortably furnished with one Queen and two full size beds. The second level also has an additional bathroom with beautiful tile and glass shower doors with black metal accents.
Outside you will find a beautiful shale stone beach for sunbathing and launching a kayak or paddleboard. The gradual beach allows easy access into the crystal waters of Seneca Lake along with the ability for little ones to splash in the shallow waters. This is also where you will find a firepit for evening fires and Smores. The 60 ft permanent dock is ideal for casting your fishing pole and features an electric boat lift with a 2500 lb capacity.
This home is perfectly situated a short drive from some of the most iconic destinations, trendy dining options, and a plethora of award-winning wineries. Travel South to hike the popular Watkins Glen Gorge where you can hike over, alongside and even under waterfalls. Head North to Geneva for dinner on Linden Street, but it may be difficult to choose which delicious restaurant to try. Along both routes you'll find a variety of wineries and breweries all with unique blends and picturesque tasting rooms. This vacation home is also just minutes away from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and so much more.

Summary: April off season Family getaway with child and dog. Clean and great location. Kayaks and fire pit and enough space for the dog to walk around. Coffee maker still doesn’t work but keruig does. Close to hiking wineries and restaurants. Would 100% recommend for families or friend trips. Loved our stay!

Summary: This house had eveytjing we needed for an amazing girls weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the house was beautifully decorated, and the view was stunning. It was located perfectly for us to enjoy 3 of the finger lakes, Kueka, Seneca and the west side of Cayuga. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises each morning and the fireplace was cozy., too! The only improvements that I would make would be, have the water pressure fixed. You can't use the upstairs shower and the downstairs one at the same time. The upstairs shower just trickles. Also the 10 cup coffee maker doesnt work. Thankfully there was a kuerig. Thank you for a beautiful spot for us to return to each day of exploring during our trip!! We'd love to return.

Summary: The property is in a great location, with easy access to winerys, breweries, and other attractions. The firepit near the water comes with good quality Adirondack chairs and is a great place to spend evenings. The house itself is well appointed, with good quality cookware and utensils. The beds are comfortable and the living areas are spacious and inviting. The views of the lake are expansive and remind you why you wanted to stay on a lake. The experience was great and we look forward to renting the place again next year.

Summary: Great stay, clean property. everything was in great condition. The only suggestion is to expand on the daily items people would need i.e. dishwasher tablets, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. When you book for multiple days - applicable amounts of items like this should match. Otherwise, all was really good! Thank you.

Summary: We had a great time at Seneca Lake. The first few days were a little cold so we will come later in June next time. The lake was crystal clear to swim by the dock . The house was clean besides some ants that came out in the kitchen. Location was private and quiet besides the train which we didn’t mind.

Summary: We had a great weekend away at UnWined Lakeside! We had 6 adults and a dog and all had plenty of room. We were surprised with a bottle of wine and a goody bag for the dog when we arrived. The views of the lake from the dining room are gorgeous, especially in the morning. The weekend was pretty rainy, but we all said we’d love to come back and experience it with better weather! Would definitely recommend!
