Positive: Lovely evening with band playing on a Tuesday night. Fires were really good. Nice conversations with other guests. Next day EXCELLENT breakfast for little money, exactly the kind of things we like. Fortunatly, the rain started at the end of the music! Except for 1 person staff was very nice. The Pizzas we could buy were great. Umbrellas were given by the staff to all of us and could just be borrowed in the main tent, which is a thoughtful gesture. The bar service was great. The mattress was good.
Negative: I think for $750 for 2 tents we expected a little bit of a better experience. Admittedly the driving rain and wind did not help, but the facilities, toilets were very far away to go to in the driving rain. Also, the wind meant that our tent was flapping all night, we did not sleep. Our boys tent was better and did not flap in the wind. Behind the tent on the balcony there was toilet paper and vomit, so that was not very pleasant. The interior of the glamping tents felt a bit unloved and in need of some TLC. The tents themselves need a clean. To be fair, we did try to get a 4 bedded tent (which would have been cheaper), but they were all gone. We glamped in Kenya in the Masai Mara last year and hoped for a similar experience in terms of quality. Also, in terms of price, the camp was sold out, so it is definitely market rate. I guess again the issue was also due to weather and my own misinformation as I hoped for a tent with some facilities to wash / toilet, similar to Kenya and probably had not read the small print properly.
Summary: Great place on a Tuesday - at a price which feels too high

Positive: We loved our first experience glamping! Beautiful facilities and delicious breakfast. I was worried about the cold, but extra blankets and the hot water bottles provided to tuck in the bed made everything so cozy! We enjoyed having a drink by the fire and visiting with the other guests, and enjoying nature from our porch.
Negative: Everything was wonderful.
Summary: Perfect cozy stay in nature with a fun, friendly vibe

Positive: Charming with good attention to detail. Loved being fireside, the main tent, our sleeping tent and the location. Proximity to the larger hotel property also gave spa and restaurant option.
Negative: Spiders 🕷️ in our tent could’ve been attended to prior to us moving into it. Staff members often socialized excessively in the breakfast/wine tent about very personal issues, largely ignoring guests. Felt we were interrupting someone’s living room dialogue and met with some irritation at needing items in that kitchen space. Suggest trash cans be placed in the shower rooms.
Summary: Charming glamping site

Positive: I loved the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the overall space was clean. I love the concept of the experience and will definitely stay there again. I wanted to try something different and it delivered on that.
Negative: The tent had some mold on it. Which really messed with my allergies. Maybe cleaning them and spraying them with mold and mildew resistance will help. I wasn't aware there wasn't any electricity in the tent, It was rather cold at night. I worked with it though. Maybe offering a space heater, an extra lantern, and a box of tissues would be nice. The heater would be more helpful in the cooler months. Also, maybe clear out the spider webs and bugs before new people come in. These are only suggestions as it wasn't a bad place to stay, it was quite lovely. Also, at night it's very dark. Some solar light pavers to the tents would be helpful.
Summary: I was happy with my stay
