Unit 109 at One Ocean Place is located on first floor of the south tower with magnificent ocean front view and is equipped with high speed internet (100mbps)! Building has two service elevators but since unit is on 1st floor, there's no need to wait! There are 4 levels of parking available. Security guard on premises.
There are two 3 to 5 foot deep outside swimming pools and two Jacuzzis. Lounge chairs and tables located around pools. Pools and Jacuzzis open till 9 P.M.!
Two car per unit parking is allowed with security gate access!
Ocean is a stone's throw from the unit! Lifeguard on duty directly in front of building from 9 am to 5 pm daily from May 31st till Labor Day! Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available! Fresh water showers available after ocean swim. Restroom located near pool.
Conch restaurant within walking distance from condo! 5-10 minute ride to many fine regular & seafood restaurants! Outback, Lone Star, Gulf Stream, Crabby Mike's, etc. Arcade, amusements, & fishing pier 5 minutes from condo. Shopping, movies & restaurants at Grand Strand Mall! Major supermarket 1/2 mile from condo! Many miniature and regular golf courses nearby!!

Summary: 1st floor unit beach level. The sounds of the waves were awesome. The sunrise was also fantastic. The weather was really great for this time of the year. It was a great mini vacation. Mike is a great host.

Summary: I am a repeat customer and I really like this condo. It is very clean and Mike is an excellent host. Check in is very easy also. View is phenomenal. Unit is situated between the Garden City pier and the new Surfside pier. My wife and I are walkers and enjoy walking to each pier. Restaurants are close by also. I definitely recommend this unit.

Summary: Great location on 1st floor, clean and neat. All appliances, beach gear and linens. Great communication with the owner, Mike. The location regarding restaurants, beach, traffic are all excellent. We will stay here again.

Summary: My stay was an average stay. Condo was clean and seem to have what I needed although we do not use the kitchen much. Twin bed was a little soft. Condo rules were clear but building rules are a little confusing. No reserving chairs at pool or parking spaces was not upheld. Reserving pool chairs sorry to say was needed as there were not many. Storing beach items in parking spaces was unacceptable. Although I was told I could park in the space, what would happen to my car when the owners of beach items came to get them. Condo and building could use some updates. I would stay there again, probably.

Summary: First floor staying was very nice. Easy access to the beach and pools. Everything was as described. The whole family enjoyed the vacation. Having the beach chairs and umbrella on site was a bonus! Communication with Michael was easy and pleasant. Will be looking to stay again next year.

Summary: To say this stay was amazing is an understatement. The property is absolutely beautiful and the condo was so nice. This was the best trip I’ve ever taken my family on. Checking in and out was extremely easy and hassle free, condo had an amazing view of the ocean, the condo had everything you would need during your stay.
