Summary: The staff is great, but the rooms are not well kept. The towels are dirty and the toilet lid was off, so we couldn’t even sit correctly on the toilet. The phone does not work in the room and there was no WiFi

Summary: The place is overpriced. Run down, wall paint falling off, broken dresser and dirty towels and hard mattress. I will not stay here again

Summary: Place needs a complete makeover. Holes in the walls, ceiling. You get what you pay for I guess. Just needed a place to take a quick nap.

Summary: I like the big space , 2 sinks , one in the bathroom and one outside , clean , complete with microwave and refrigerator. I don’t like the stained towel and noisy AC, out of service ice machine.

Summary: The receptionist on site assigned me a room per my request upon my call to the hotel prior to check-in. I requested a ground level non-smoking room with a King bed per my online booking and over the phone with him but when I arrived, the night receptionist that I spoke to earlier assigned me to a smoking room by accident, and that they only had a non-smoking room with double beds available. I refused that because that was not what I booked so he was kind enough to put me in an upgraded non-smoking room (King bed with a jacuzzi tub) for no extra charge. Not that I needed a jacuzzi tub, but I was pleased that the room was still had a King bed and was non-smoking. I was grateful for the accommodation!

Summary: When I made the reservation, complimentary breakfast was included. When I arrived we were told it was canceled. There was broken glass where we were parked and asked for a broom and was told there would be someone to clean it up. It was still there when we left. That is a safety issue, we could have ended up with a flat tire.

Summary: Jacuzzi was very dirty we couldn’t used , there was pieces of hair all over and it was yellow from not been clean in a while also lots of getto people around very unpleasant stay
