Positive: This property was amazing ! Clean , comfortable , light , modern with every you need and in a great location . A 5 min walk to the time out market , train and metro stations ( supermarket at the train station ) great bars and restaurant’s. Highly recommend the property and the team who manage it as they are complete professionals.

Positive: Location perfect for sightseeing, restaurants, bars and main bus/train /metro. Seems like a safe area. Appt quiet and beautifully decorated, as seen in pictures. Lisbon absolutely stunning, would have loved to have stayed another two days . As you leave appt, turn left and left again and look out for Intenso restaurant, great food and service. Also check out fantastic bar with music near pink Street called Palheta. Tourist information office next to the main station is excellent

Negative: Not enough toilet paper, bathroom floor is lethal when wet, needs mats. Providing a couple of bottles of water in fridge on arrival would be a good touch. Suggestions on blackboard for bars and restaurants not at all representative of fantastic selection near appt

Positive: The location of the property is superb - great access to the centre of Lisbon and many transport options. The photos on Booking are representative, and the property is comfortable. The bed is great, the shower good enough, and the aircon keeps it at a pleasant temperature, if needed. I note a few reviews state the checkin process is difficult - it wasn't at all for us. Before your arrival, you WhatsApp a number which gives you the entry code to the building. Once you're outside the door of the property, they unlock it for you remotely, and you enter, to find the keyfob to use for the rest of your stay.

Negative: There is a new office block opposite - removing any privacy from the property without the shutters closed. The property's curtains are nets which bring privacy during the day, but not when there's any light inside the property in the evenings. It's important to be aware of, especially if you want to sleep with the windows open rather than the aircon on. See a couple of photos - one of the block opposite at night, and the other showing the large reflective windows of the office block during the day. The office lights seem to be movement activated, so can bathe the property at night when anyone walks through the offices. Also, some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, and the sofa and rug could do with a deep clean. Not a massive issue, by any stretch - just something to be aware of.

Positive: Clean, spacious apartment not far from the historic center of the city. Very soft bed. Nice atmosphere. Remote access to the apartment, but we had no problems. The staff quickly responded to a message in WhatsApp and opened the door. Lots of storage space. There are dishes for cooking, a dishwasher and a washing machine. When we were there, it was quiet.

Negative: There are absolutely no consumables such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, laundry detergent. It would be nice to have this instead of buying large packages when needed. This creates the impression that the kitchen is only for show. Opposite there is an office building. In the evening, in the light, visibility is very good. But there are shutters that can be closed. and solve the problem.
