Positive: The views were amazing and the facility was very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, in a great neighborhood, and within an easy walk to many great restaurants.

Negative: Really nothing I can say as far as a negative. Some coffee filters would have been nice, but that is a very minor thing. Also, the neutral rating on the staff is only because we didn’t have any interaction with them.

Summary: We very much felt at home and part of the neighborhood during our stay here.

Positive: Location was very central with lovely view of the river.Laura, the young woman who was there to welcome us was absolutely excellent. She was very professional, carried luggage up three flights of stairs and returned on the morning of our departure to be of assistance also. She was particularly helpful in sourcing a taxi for us and waited to ensure it arrived as 2 previous taxis didn't turn up. She is a major asset to the company.The staff in the office where we left our luggage were also very pleasant and helpful.

Negative: No lift in the building so 3 narrow flights of stairs had to be negotiated. Very low couch in the living area and it also needs 1-2 armchairs. The front door and the communal hallway are very shabby and need to be painted.

Positive: The property was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Lisbon.

Negative: The interior stairs to get to the apartment were the one item we did not care for but a notice was posted in the ad regarding the stairs. Fortunately for being in our 70’s, we are in decent shape.

Summary: We had an enjoyable time.
