Conveniently located between the 2 best beach access points. O
This gorgeous 2,000+ sq ft home is finished luxuriously with a large peninsula kitchen that offers stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a dining bar. House includes a coffee machine, ice cream maker, and stand mixer for the avid baker.
Couples Trip? Sleeps 4 couples comfortably: ALL King Beds, ALL En-Suite rooms with private bathroom.
Family Trip with kids? Sleeps 12 Comfortably with double bunk beds in the Kids suite!
Past the oversized kitchen table & family room you'll find a covered screen porch spans the entire width of the house. Each of the four en-suite bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms. Upstairs, just off the largest bedroom, is a pergola-covered sun deck perfect for watching the sunset.
Delightful tropical gardens surround the house, plus a dining & outdoor entertainment area under the first floor with a Dual Fuel Charcoal and Gas Grill and ping pong. Heated pool & spa, perfect for relaxing in the sun, close to the beach access points, and the state preserve entrance for miles of sandy Gulf beaches and nature trails to explore.
Enjoy a margarita at the TIKI BAR, while Dad grills up some freshly caught fish and the kids swim. Play some ping pong, challenge your friends to a game of bags, or lay out on a pool lounge chair.
TWO LIFTED GOLF CARTS are included for cruising around the island!

Summary: If you are thinking of booking…do it! This house has everything you need and more to enjoy the perfect island of North Captiva. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and spent many nights playing corn hole and ping pong in the sand! The property owner and managers were very helpful and honest before and during our stay! The travel process couldn’t have gone smoother based on their suggestions and help! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and we are already planning our trip back!!

Summary: Floridays is a beautiful home in a great location. It was perfect for our group of 6 and we could have fit plenty more. Having the golf carts was the best part. Between hanging out at the beach and cruising around the island, it was by far the most relaxing trip we have been on. I highly suggest Floridays!

Summary: This beautiful home had something for everyone. It was perfect for the 3 generations we had in the house. Loved having 2 golf carts. The downstairs was a perfect hangout. Lots of extras like pool toys, beach towels, chairs, etc. A true 10 out of 10!

Summary: This was our 3rd time visiting the island and this was our favorite house. The house had everything we needed for the beach and lots of entertainment options for the kids…my son’s favorite was the swing (besides the pool of course)! While the house was very nice and the beds were very comfortable, what we felt set this house apart from others was the usable outdoor spaces. In the morning you could watch the sunrise from the top deck, we enjoyed the area under the house and the pool area throughout the day and at night enjoyed reading on the screened porch. Also, the management company was very responsive…I sent a few messages throughout the week asking questions and they responded almost immediately. This was the relaxing family vacation we were hoping for!
