Summary: The hotel was fine - just not worth the price. Pool and hot tub were not open late enough to enjoy and there were a lot of kids in the pool area so not really appealing for two older adults.

Summary: We got a brand new room - the beds and furniture were brand new and beautiful. Nice hotel The staff doesn't seem that welcoming and expensive for what you got for the money.

Summary: Stayed here couple nights while visiting Jasper. We were not expecting the devastation from the wildfires. But the hotel was very clean and we stayed in the newer wing. Very nice and the staff were great.

Summary: We spent two nights at this hotel in Jasper, and had an excellent stay. The room had upgraded appliances, comfortable beds and top class bathroom fittings. It is about 15 minutes walk to the town center which was not an issue for us.

Summary: When we arrived the bathtub was stained and we did not have any towels. After not answering the phone we had to go down to the desk and the agent was obviously too occupied to handle the needs of guests. After getting a towel set washcloths were not included. Overall it is a nice property but staffing could be improved. The beds were very good.

Summary: The hotel was wonderful! My husband and I stayed there one night and we could not be happier we chose this hotel. Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable! Make sure to check out the restaurant in the front of the hotel! The hamburgers and the Mac n cheese were wonderful. Our server was so sweet! Definitely stay here! You will not regret it.
