Positive: Apartment was very well appointed and very clean. We were met at the airport and the tour around the island from Ariane was most helpful. The hire car was an excellent 4WD - which is included in the booking. Apartment is located in a quiet location, with very nice views from the cliff tops. Great place to relax and use as a base to enjoy the island. Host checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

Positive: Having been in retail business AND early days in tourism (SCUBA school and charter boat on Gold Coast) we tried to "exceed expectations" ... over deliver rather than under-deliver. Breakfast could have done with a second alternative cereal, some fruit, and tomatoes, a packet of biscuits to have with tea or coffee?.. all of which we scouted around and bought.We found out about the "Farmers Market" on the day we left. Secondly, on the mid-week "Clean & fresh towels" perhaps the above items could have been "topped up"... all of this is minimal cost. Perhaps a call the next morning after the first night would sort out any minor problems? We had no Foxtel control and were still uncertain on phone operation.
Negative: Whilst understanding that Ariane was away, and maybe Brad was under there pump, but the following are general comments. A bottle of wine in the frig. Maybe some flowers on the table (Hibiscus?).A bowl of fruit. A small box of chocolates .None of these are big ticket items but help make a visitor really feel welcome. Overall, it was well-done but a few minor touches can be a big bonus.
Summary: A very pleasant relaxing week. Great facilities.
