Positive: We liked everything about FORTE16 but most of all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, so friendly & helpful. We liked all of the facilities so nice to have the spa after so much walking in the city. It was a bit of a walk into the centre but if you don't mind walking it is not too far we managed to walk up to Piazza Michelangelo and back. We would love to come back & stay here, would recommend to others.
Negative: Road works all along the road just outside building. Not noisy at all just they would move the pedestrian path during the day making it slightly difficult to find your way back in the dark. Not at all the fault of the accommodation & of course a temporary issue.
Summary: Staff & facilities great. Would love to stay again.

Positive: Clean, well located. Loved the amenities but unfortunately we didn’t have an opportunity to use them.
Negative: During our stay there was a lot of construction right in front of the property, unfortunately it also rained almost daily so it became very messy trying to get in and out of area.
Summary: Wonderful stay!

Positive: I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel and staff are good. There have been some roadworks on the main road adjacent to the hotel, but they did not impact our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the ZTL (a feature I was particularly interested in), yet it is very close to the old city. We walked every time to old city from the hotel. The children enjoyed the heated pool, which was at a comfortable temperature and not crowded. The room is spacious and clean, and the hotel offers a bottle of wine. The terrace is large and provides a beautiful view.
Negative: All good
Summary: Good Hotel to rest and to explore Florence
