Summary: This is a great place for a home base. Having a laundry downstairs was perfect for us. We met the owner and he was such a nice man. We will definitely stay here if we get to Venice again.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay here. It's easy walking distance from the highlights of Florence, there are great restaurants and cafes nearby, the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop are magnificent.

Summary: The staff were amazing very friendly , provided help for resturants, directions, cabs. Visiting from Cnada and first time in Italy the staff and hotel made for a great experience!

Summary: This was my second visit in less than a year with this one being an extended stay. The location is outside the main tourist area but close enough (walking) to amazing restaurants, pastry/coffee and grocery (CO-OP). Our room came with an espresso machine, fridge, microwave/toaster oven, cook-top and dishwasher. The pool/spa relaxing. The staff was superb. This will be my go to place to stay in the future in Florence

Summary: Really lovely stay. Clean facilities and room. Pool was lovely and relaxing. Rooftop views and furniture was great. Electric key cards are not good for a long stay where you require the fridge/dishwasher to stay on when not in the room. Disappointed that our second key card was removed from electricity slot by cleaning staff when we were out
