Retreat to this majestic log lodge; part of a working cattle ranch. Sleeps 13, in 5 queen beds, a double and single, with ample room.
Completely on its own, on 640 acres. Relax and enjoy all that nature has to offer: cycle, snow shoe, cross country ski, hike, hunt, fish and view wildlife. Taking extra care to disinfect the space, by following guidelines and as always washing all duvet covers, pillow covers, throws, etc.

Perfect place for friends to gather, a business retreat, family reunion, anniversary/birthday celebration, or just a quiet holiday. Float the Kettle River or pan for gold in Jolly Creek. A half hour from Mount Baldy Ski Resort, an hour to Big White Ski Resort. Only a half hour to Wine Country in Osoyoos and the Okanagan.
Surrounded by crown government range, this get-away is completely on it's own.
There is no ATV/RTV access on the property as we use the grasslands for our cattle.

Summary: We had such an amazing time staying out at the Lodge! It was a central meeting point for family from Saskatchewan and Idaho for a couple days, before heading on to our next destination. I think we were all a little sad when it was time to head off to our next destination as we could have spent many more days out at the lodge, hiking, exploring the area, floating in the river, and witnessing wildlife. The lodge exceeded are expectations, it was so well stocked with everything we needed, very clean, the beds were very comfy and there was tons of room for our group of 14. We are already planning our next trip back and our kids cannot wait!!!

Summary: We stayed here in early May and loved every minute of our time. The land and house were stunning and exactly as advertised. This property is perhaps the best equipped place we have ever stayed especially the kitchen, making a gourmet experience possible if you love to cook. The location is secluded and private and immediately lends itself to a sense of quiet and a slower pace. The night sky is amazing and fire pit encourages you to come outside and enjoy the evening. Without a doubt the best part of our trip was the truly amazing hosts- the Fossen family are some of the kindest, generous and genuine people you’ll ever meet. We had a great trip and look forward to returning.

Summary: We were a group of 12 (3 families), on a ski road trip. Staying at the guest lodge was so special as there was plenty of room for all of us to share dinners, play games etc but still have our own space. Beautiful setting and close to Mt Baldy which is a wonderful small ski hill. Erika was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay.

Summary: I stayed at Fossen's Guest Lodge for a few nights in August 2023, with my three (young adult) kids. We had an excellent time. The house is visually striking, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is also very well situated, being surrounded by >600 acres of attractive grassland and trees and approached by a 3.5 km-long dirt track. One definitely feels 'away from it all' when staying at the lodge. We made full use of the facilities, especially the billiards/pool table and the table-tennis table. If it had rained during the day, we would have been able to amuse ourselves indoors without a problem, I'm sure. Lastly, the property manager, Erika, was brilliant. Very friendly and attentive. I hope we can return to the lodge in the near future.
