Summary: The hotel was cool but whoever is in charge of the billing is outta their mind… I made a 1 night reservation and paid through hotels.com… go to check in and I guess there was a miscommunication. And the decided to book me the same night through Expedia… so now I’ve paid twice for the same night… so I pointed that out and it was supposedly canceled.. mistakes happen I get that… anyways here we are a week later and not only is the $174 still pending aka not back in my account but they decided to charge me another 390… they also returned my deposit the same time last night so it wasn’t for damages or anything… oh and there was no hot water so a cold shower on the morning was better than coffee … but for real that 1 night so far has cost me almost $800 so far… when it was supposed to be for $152

Summary: The place is nice, we have stayed there before with no issues. Unfortunately the last time we visited we had a very uncomfortable situation where House Keeping just walked right in while we were showering at 9:30 am even though check out isn't till noon. It was a male staff member that appeared to be knocking on the door (which he had a passkey for) while simultaneously opening the door to let himself in, SHOCKING! I was appalled and notified the frint desk.

Summary: This hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms are a great size. We utilized the courtyard area with fire pits in the late afternoon into the evening. Very relaxing.

Summary: Everything was great except there was no one at the front desk for check in. It took around 5-10 min for someone to come out the office. I also noticed the Hotel was not at full capacity yet we were given rooms right next to other people with children. It was very loud.

Summary: Room boarded the courtyard which was very loud, and windows, while having some glass film on them made it very awkward to look out and see people from the party outside facing your window. Also, only a single lamp in the room. So closing the shades for privacy made it very dark.

Summary: The room was fine. The bed does not have blankets. It has two top sheets and a paper think bedspread. The bedspread was fine but it would have been nice to have an actual blanket. Or at least an extra blanket in the closet. The shower was really big and nice. We loved that! There is no pool but the patio has fire pits and was a nice place to hang out with our family. Our family was all in the same floor in 5 different rooms. It was nice that they were so accommodating to our family needs.
