Positive: Though short staffed the ones there go above and beyond! Any issue we had was taken care of promptly. The facilities are amazing they really have a great place there.
Negative: Being short staffed you can tell corners are cut. There were previously used towels in a closet in our room. Adam was very apologetic and it was taken care of. Otherwise cleanliness was top notch
Summary: The stay was last minute and we were able to get a really nice room for a great rate.

Positive: Loved the grounds and the building! Very cool ambiance! The pool, hot tub and sauna were all nice and are upen till 10 for everyone and then from 10pm-12am it's open for adults only. My son liked that the gym was open 24 hours! The staff was great!!! Adam at the front desk is amazing!!! So very informative and helpful and a very hard worker! We had a wonderful stay!!
Negative: Only thing I would say is not really about the Hotel...it was more about Booking.coms website showing the room we selected as having 1 king bed and 2 pull out couches and when we got there...there was only one pullout couch. This was a bit problematic for my family. Adam at the front desk took care of that right away and provided a roll away bed, which was perfect!
Summary: 2nd Time Here! Still Just as Great!
