Summary: Did not have enough staff in the restaurant or the hotel. The staff that was there was not trained and ill prepared. Never restocked towels for the pool. The “free” breakfast was not stocked, no one cleaned the tables, the garbage was overflowing and food not kept neatly. We asked for more milk and never got it after 30 minutes. Staff walked by overflowing garbage cans multiple times and just looked at it. Left there not happy.

Summary: Great place to snowshoe! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. One of our party was in a wheelchair and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us especially since the main dining room was closed for an event and the only restaurant that was open was not accessible by wheelchair.

Summary: Elegant decor, spacious clean rooms with kitchen area. Pool long enough to swim laps, big hot tub and sauna. The staff couldnt have been more helpful or friendly, fabulous. The island/ golf course was a winter wonderland with snowshoes or x-country skis for rent.

Summary: Its a beautiful plaxe but disappointed in the pool which was suppose to be open wasnt open. Some fods in continental breakfast were passed expiration date.

Summary: Amazing hotel. Clean spacious rooms - larger than expected, actually. Small kitchenette in the room. An actual bedroom door. I am an early riser & I could leave the bedroom and not disturb my husband. Property was very well maintained, especially as it was their end of season.

Summary: Beautiful property & hotel. Very old school & elegant! It's off season though & only 1 restaurant was open with a limited menu. Hot tub was not in operation-very sad about that. I'm sure in high season this place is fantastic!
