Summary: Smooth check in and checkout, very helpful staff, and loved all of the amenities (breakfast, wine and cheese in the evenings, port wine and cookies at night. Bed was comfy and so many nice pillows to choose from. Best of all was the location - close to everything.

Summary: From check-in to checkout our stay was great! Staff are friendly and very accommodating! Room was spacious and clean. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a nice soaking tub. Breakfast was very good and so was the wine and cheese hour. Overall a great experience.

Summary: everything was spectacular....not only was breakfast included, but they deliver it directly to the room if you prefer. they have a happy hour wine/cheese spread, and a dessert late at night as well. the location in the heart of charleston was ideal for our stay, the hotel itself is immaculate and the staff were all wonderful to deal with...10/10 and would highly recommend.

Summary: The French Quarter Inn absolutely lives up to its reputation for Southern hospitality and charm. From the moment we arrived, every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed — from the complimentary champagne at check-in to the bikes available to borrow. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The location in the Historic District couldn’t be better — we could walk everywhere: the waterfront, art galleries, great restaurants, and all the hidden cobblestone alleys that make Charleston so special. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The breakfast and evening wine and cheese reception were both lovely bonuses that made us feel more like guests in someone’s elegant home than in a hotel. We will definitely be back on future trips to Charleston.
