Negative: The ac in the room was horribly noisy. Sheets on the bed were a bit shiny and cheap. Improve your linen!

Negative: Not as pet friendly as I hoped. Large pet fee. Thin walls, noisy. Stained carpet, lots of things broken. Leaving my car outside building after paying for valet. Never got room service twice.
Summary: I’m not one to complain but this was not one of my best stays at a hotel.

Negative: The staff and hospitality was not great. They do not answer their phones and wasn’t able to order room service. The restaurant was not amazing and service was slow. We also had to wait 35 minutes for the valet..

Positive: The Hotel was wonderful, my 2nd stay. Public areas were wonderful. My family had a blast visiting me at the hotel.
Negative: Room lovely and spacious. Outdoor area spacious, fireplace was beautiful and we enjoyed the evenings outside.

Positive: Emeline's rooms and lobby are well appointed. The bed was very comfy. The location cannot be beat. The amenities were great (gym, bikes)
Negative: Any of the rooms that are adjacent to the courtyard will definitely feel the music/bass from the restaurant that plays music until 11pm every night. The speakers are above the first floor and one wall, so the music/bass vibrate into the rooms, even on the 3rd floor. We had some ants in our room that the hotel was slow to address after we told them and we had to tell them again. The coffee machines were broken on multiple levels. Chairs in the lobby are broken. For the money, I'd opt for somewhere else. Even off season was $400 / night to deal with the above.
