If you enter 1 or 2 people, you get the l bedroom 1 bath guest house with full kitchen, living room, washer dryer and all amenities in the rear.
the three bedroom option (6people) has the Large living room area with big screen 72" smart TV. all GE Profile stainless steel appliances. Including range, microwave, ice dispensing fridge, dishwasher, washer/ dryer. Internet, cable TV.

Even the clubs on Frenchmen St. are NOT ALLOWED amplified bands after this hour and have been cited and shut down. There are high fines for breaking this regulation which is now STRICTLY being enforced. The neighbors will now complain to the police and a knock on your door and a citation will be presented.
DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING AN IN HOUSE PARTY. THE NEIGHBORS WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY NOISE because the residential homes are less than 5 feet apart in this area. If you are cited and warned and noise continues, you may be asked to leave the facility with no refunds. Please consider this carefully when making your reservations.

Summary: We were scheduled to arrive just after an historic snowstorm. The host diligently shoveled all all pathways and driveway for us in time for our arrival. Since we arrived late, he graciously left the lights on and turned the heat up for us creating a bery welcoming atmosphere! The property wss elegant and friendly.well equipped with everything you need! I highly recommend this place !

Summary: The Blair House, property was super convenient to the airport and to the French Quarter. Great amenities everything was easy to find and labeled. The house was super cozy and definitely had that NOLA vibe. It felt like we were visiting relatives. There was a minor issue when we arrived about using the additional room, but it was quickly resolved. A very nice VRBO and wonderful host.

Summary: The check in is a little overwhelming at first. There's a lot of keys/keypads. Once you get it all figured out, it's alright. Initially, when we walked in, we thought the house was gorgeous. And it is! But, once we settled in and really got looking at things, we were disappointed. When I walked in the guest house, the first thing I saw was mouse feces and crusty drink rings on the night stand next to the bed. There was trim falling off the cupboards in the kitchen, more mouse droppings under the countertop appliances, the countertops didnt look like they'd been wiped down after the last person (or two) and the cabinets/cupboards/appliances are all dusty, gunky, and just icky. In the bathroom, I looked up and saw a patch of black mold on the ceiling. It extended down the wall around the light fixture. I'm sure in that climate, mold is a battle, but ya know.. The blankets were stained, the bed poofed dust when I sat on it. Just overall needs a thorough professional cleaning. The main house was better, but the countertops in the kitchen had dead bugs under the appliances instead. They have notes telling you you're welcome to any food in the cupboards, except all of the food in both houses expired a minimum of 3 years ago (there's solidified garlic powder from 2013). Tuesday, we thought the house had caught fire from the wiring between the first bedroom and bathroom and found more mouse droppings in there. The location is exceptional, the house is beautiful, really needs cleaned.
