Positive: This place was perfect for our brief stay in Bologna. It is located a short distance from Bologna, but can easily be reached by bus or, as in our case, by car. The facilities of this apartment are top-notch.
Negative: The bedroom was quite noisy, as it faces the noisy road going into Bologna. But that is the only minus I can think of.

Positive: Amazing stay in Rastignano, apartment very cosy, easy to access and host very friendly. Close to train station and public bus to Bologna, and bakery just outside flat entrance. Very warm and sunny- but also has air conditioning in every room and sun blinds. Host was very kind to leave coffee pods and water in fridge, which was very appreciated! Overall a very recommended stay if you want/ need to stay slightly outside of main Bologna.
Negative: Everything was amazing but a maybe wish for future guests, to also have teabags in apartment for guests that don't drink coffee, and the only thing we missed having in apartment was washing machine which would be so handy to have.
Summary: Amazing stay on the outskirts of Bologna - just what you need!

Positive: We had everything what we needed. The host is a very caring person. Apartment very spacious and super clean. Cafes and restaurants or little shops near the apartment. Food delicious and very friendly people. Public transport if someone wants close too. Simply amazing. We are very grateful to be a guest of FrenkHome. 🏆❤️

Positive: Very good value for money. Good position when driving by car, free parking available at any time. Alessandro is very good host ( we have not met him but was always at our disposal). Nice, clean and specious apartment. Supermarket is 7 minute by walk. In bathroom you will find soap and washing gel. In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea, salt, paper towels etc. Bologna is beautiful town and looking forward to come back.
Negative: Frying pan need to be replaced. Microwave would be nice :).
Summary: Very good apartment, would stay there again when in Bologna.

Positive: Lovely little apartment, it was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the owner stocked the cupboards with tea, coffee and water bottles. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions promptly. We were also glad of the large free parking area behind the apartment.
Negative: Loud drill like noise coming from a locked closet next to the bedroom, it sounded every half an hour and disturbed our sleep. There was a toilet brush holder filled with bleach which our toddler split when using the toilet, not ideal with small children around.
Summary: Very clean and comfortable.
