Independent panoramic villa in the hills 20 minutes from the center of Bologna and 10 minutes from the villages of Sasso Marconi and Pianoro. It is a typical stone building, surrounded by a fully fenced park of 1000 square meters, with private access road and parking. Distributed over three floors, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, the living area includes the living room with a panoramic window overlooking the park, which offers a spectacular view of the valley and the surrounding hills. On the same floor, the fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, combined electric / microwave oven, fridge, freezer, wall cupboard (dishes and pots available). Outside you can have lunch and dinner surrounded by nature and enjoy relaxation on comfortable armchairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, 2 trunk wardrobes, desk and panoramic window; the other is equipped with 2 single beds which can possibly be joined together and a wardrobe. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a spacious shower from which you can see the surrounding nature. In the basement there is a second full bathroom, spacious shower and washing machine. Bath and bed linen included. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
It is a very welcoming environment with a perfect atmosphere for those who want to relax in the midst of nature and at the same time quickly reach shops and restaurants and the city center. Furthermore, Florence, Modena, Parma, Ferrara and Ravenna are easily and quickly reachable.
Attention: Tourist tax of € 3.00 per person / per night for a maximum of 5 nights to be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to children under 14.

Summary: This is one of the most gorgeous rental properties we have ever stayed at! La Pacifica IS very peaceful. My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and we did not want to leave on checkout day!! Our hostess Silvia is so very gracious and she thought of everything! The home is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Both bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and there is an automatic awning over the sunny side of the house patio keeps the living space from heating up too much. Beautiful large picture windows overlooking the picturesque countryside grace the living room and master bedroom. Water pressure is good in both bathrooms and Silvia provided everything needed and plenty of towels too! It is the perfect place to relax at night after touring nearby towns like historic Bologna and Modena. There are multiple coffee pots and coffee is provided. We didn’t want to cook but if we dis, kitchen is well supplied for it! We were so lucky to see a fox stroll by the big picture window in the living room around dusk on our first night! Silvia met us at the house upon arrival and showed us everything. We had total jet lag and were so grateful for her hospitality! She also met us when we checked out, she is a lovely woman with a great personality and talented decorating skills. Also very caring to provide what you might need during your stay. If you are lucky enough to stay at this very special place, then you will be very blesses indeed. Grazie mille, Silvia!

Summary: Silvia has been very accomodating and welcoming.We enjoyed her beautiful and quiet cottage. Our dog loved it as well, the property is fully fenced.The view from the living room is fantastic and the one from the bedroom even more.The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable with quality linens and the two sofas are very relaxing.I would recommend it to anyone who would like some relax and visit the surroundings.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in the villa, especially being in the countryside, up winding country lanes. It was delightful to sit outside in the early autumn evenings, looking out over the view. There are other villas close by, so we did not feel isolated, but we were private. All amenities were provided and we were comfortable. Good hot water! We used the town of Sasso Marconi for our food and supplies, which worked well. Sylvia is a most attentive and responsive host.

Summary: The house is situated in complete peace and quiet away from noise and traffic. Nevertheless, you can be in Bologna in a short time. The ground floor and the upper floor have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The internet works perfectly. The supermarket is not far away by car. There are numerous good restaurants in the surrounding area. The property is completely fenced. Our little dog could run around freely. Silvia and her husband are very friendly and always helpful and available. We have booked again for 2025.

Summary: We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. Summary: The Villa was just as the pictures and description indicate. Such a beautiful setting and well-appointed villa. Quiet and efficient air conditioning on both floors was such a plus. As Americans, we also loved that there were screens on the windows! Silvia was a gracious and generous host. She helped us find our way around closed roads, surprised us with a bottle of Lambrusco and waters, and even helped me pay my toll bill. We traveled all over Emilia Romagna and felt at home every night upon our return. We definitely and highly recommend this lovely villa!

Summary: We were looking for a central location where we could day trip from and it was perfect for that. Easy access to Bologna Centrale train station. It was a nice quiet place to come back to at night after busy days in big cities. Silvia and Giovanni were very helpful and kind. The house had everything we needed.
