Summary: Overall a nice stay in a comfortable apartment. If you are picky about road noise and mattresses this might not be the place for you but we were fine. The apartment is on a main, busy road with access to lots of grociers, cafes, and restaurants which is great. There’s a nice park nearby, as well. However, the building is not very sound proof and if you’re sensitive to noise the road noise and noise from other apartments could be problematic. There is also a strong sewer smell that intermittently comes from the bathroom.

Summary: This apartment was ultra clean, extremely spacious, and beautifully appointed. The bed/pillows were comfortable, the washing machine and A/C were huge bonuses. There was some noise from the street but it didn’t hinder our sleep at all. Lovely bakery, gelateria, and pizza restaurant on Via Augusto Murri. Try the Affumico restaurant which was a 18 min walk. Extremely delicious non-traditional food and the waitress was delightful. We came to Bologna for the food, and it didn’t disappoint. Our host was very helpful too!

Summary: Excellent VRBO stay. Great location and very clean. Walking distance to city Centre. Bologna was wonderful and want to visit again.

Summary: My main complaint would be lack of AC - there is one AC unit but it's in the kitchen/living area and it's struggling to work and never makes it to the temperature you set it on for. Because of that it's very hot in the bedrooms to sleep when temperature is 90-100 degrees outside (way over 30C). It's a shame because unit looks well and remodeled and it has a lot of potential. Other complaints - pull out couches are extremely uncomfortable and instead of a "stone through" distance from historic center, it really is a 25-30 min walk. Both TV's are smart TV's so forget about using Netflix. Bottom line - if you are an American and you are visiting in the summer - don't. Chose the time of the year when AC is not needed and then maybe unit will work for you. We left after the 1st night, unfortunately

Summary: We had a pleasant stay, although just for one night. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in Bologna, it was clean, well furnished, with all the amenities - it would have been good for a longer stay. The owner was polite and easily reachable.

Summary: Very clean and modern appartment, easy to get to and on the main road for the town centre. Road traffic is quite noisy but managable. Only thing is the main town is a 20-25 minute walk, not 5 minutes as listed.
