Summary: Convenient location to go skiing and pet friendly. Just because the instruction on how and where to discard all the thrush are not clear and ended up taking them home, I give one star fewer for overall stay.

Summary: Three of us were looking for a place that was an easy walking distance to the xc trails and we were booking a bit last minute. This condo fit our needs. It has an efficient layout, plenty of extra blankets, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is a very small unit, suitable for a small family vacation. Location is very convenient to all activities around Bear Valley. The unit is well equipped with essential kitchenware and beddings, we enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation is, since this is a pet friendly unit, it would be the best if the loft area is not carpet.

Summary: We stayed in a small unit, with one bedroom. There was also a pull out couch, and a day bed with a trundle bed underneath. It was perfect for our small family! We kayaked at Lake Alpine and Utica Reservoir, which are highly recommended.
