Summary: Good location for skiing. Bathrooms and kitchen need serious upgrades. A BIGGER hot water tank!!!! Whoever did some projects for you were sloppy… nails showing under walls etc I just remodeled 3 Beth and kitchen so I know of what I speak. The sheet bottom for downstairs queen would not stay on. Mattresses good. A unified heating system makes sense also.
