Set on five acres of absolute beachfront this eco friendly house has stunning views across Great Oyster Bay from Freycinet Peninsula & the Hazards to Maria Island and Swansea.
Freycinet Vista is a single storey architect designed open plan house. It is double glazed with reverse cycle air conditioning & has a log fire for cosy relaxed evenings.
Nestled on the dunes it contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas & two decks & sleeps 6-8. There is ramp access.
Interconnecting bedroom & living modules provide comfort & privacy for multiple guests & a separate TV room gives flexibility & minimizes noise.
Freycinet Vista has direct access to Nine Mile Beach for fishing, swimming, boating & dog walking. It is approx. half way between Hobart & Launceston & is ideally positioned to explore Tasmania’s famous East Coast.
Freycinet & Douglas Apsley National Parks are an easy drive away as are Coles Bay, Bicheno, Friendly Beaches & the Bay of Fires. Nearby Swansea provides all the necessary facilities including supermarkets, petrol stations, hotel, doctor, cafes & restaurants.

Summary: We had the best time at this property, managed to get some beautiful weather. The views surrounding the house were magnificent. No matter which way you looked. The provisions were great. Having the beach a walk away was fantastic my son loved running away from the water! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Two nights wasn't near enough. We we're blown away with the location and the house was amazing, with views from the lounge across Coles Bay to Freycinet and private access directly to 9 Mile Beach. The description doesn't do this place justice.

Summary: Beautiful, well-equipped house in an amazing spot with stunning views. Very child-friendly. Just note that it’s approx 1hr drive to Coles Bay despite what it looks like on the map. We liked being out of the fray though!

Summary: Set in beautiful surroundings very well presented with amazing views. Home had everything and just a short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time with our fur baby and couldn't recommend Freycinet Vista more highly and are hoping to return again someday.

Summary: We returned to pick up where we left off from our previous stay and again Freycinet Vista did not disappoint. The property is modern, well presented, warm and cosy with the wood heater and heat pumps for top up heating. The living area tall window to floor glass creates a feeling of living amongst the dunes with sweeping views of Freycinet Hazards. It's well appointed and I look forward to returning again in the future.

Summary: We spent three nights here with our miniature schnauzer for our wedding anniversary. Perfect location, so peaceful and private. Swansea is only a short drive away and has all you would need. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean on arrival. The driveway is a little rough so be careful in a low vehicle - we took it easy and had no problems. Our dog loved the fenced deck. An extremely comfortable place to stay!
