Summary: Beautiful condo, great service and response from owners. Nice grill all equipped. Great beds and bathrooms. Nice to have the parking spot available. A bit expensive, but you want to stay in a luxury condo, isn't?

Summary: Awesome Host! This place is amazing. The owners thought of everything. Only one thing, watch where you park outside, sign’s are not setup per code. Not the owners fault. Garage Is available to park but our truck been lifted up to hug to get into the garage. The owners are amazing 🤩 When we need to come back in the area, we will definitely stay here again if available.

Summary: Condo unit is well appointed and exceptionally clean. Virtually brand new. The owners/hosts gave thought to every feature. The unit is a building next to another that currently is under construction, so the conditions outside the unit are not ideal quite yet. The hosts were clear in their disclosure of same. Friday Harbor has energy. Will look forward to returning.

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 day sister getaway. We wish we had known before hand that the pool was closed. We thought it was heated and open. There is still some construction but that was not any fault of the owners. Everything inside the condo was as described. We would love to visit again. Thanks for a great little holiday.

Summary: I had the most amazing getaway at Friday Harbour. The stellar experience began during the planning stages when I reached out to Chelsey for advice/recommendations for local spa services. She turned to her network in the area and provided me with several options at varying price points, which I appreciated. From there, every communication was professional and prompt. Chelsey went above and beyond to ensure my trip was wonderful. The instructions for entry arrived a few days prior and were very thorough. When I entered the condo, I couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was! It was much larger than expected and there were surprises behind every door! A bottle of wine greeted me in the kitchen, flowers on the beds, and chocolates at the bedside! A++ The place was spotless, and was equipped with every amenity imaginable! I had a few questions during my stay, and Chelsey was just a message away. She always responded very quickly, which I appreciated. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge, a fun family adventure or a memorable girl’s weekend, look no further than this condo! It has everything you will need and more! For me, the hosts were the icing on the cake! I will definitely be booking this property again!

Summary: Amazing stay for our family vacation! Chelsey & Phil we’re nothing but amazing and extremely helpful with whatever inquiries we had! There was construction in the building beside, but during the weekend there’s no work at all, and it’s so peaceful on the balcony. The harbour front was amazing as well!

Summary: The property was very clean and the check in process was clear and easy. The unit was very well equipped for a vacation rental for cooking in the unit and we had everything needed plus more very impressive . The kids also enjoyed the PlayStation and arcade game a whole bunch. Outside the condo is an active construction site which was very loud and also covered the patio with dust making it unusable which wasn’t communicated in advance. Walking around Friday Harbour as a guest and a non-resident I found it hard to not access all the amenities and even harder for the kids to see and not be able to use. The biggest issue for the stay was the closure of the pool. It looks like was closed May 30th but there was a lot of back and forth with the owners about the timing and communication of this fact as was a major reason for booking. This issue wasn’t settled to our satisfaction. I think after the construction is done and pool issues this place is a good stay but until then…

Summary: We booked a little family get away for my wife's birthday. We had our hearts set on spending the weekend hanging by the pool and enjoying the Friday Harbour resort. We booked May 20th for June 17-19 and Chelsea was very nice to get things setup. Here is where the disappointment begins: 1) the pool was closed for major maintenance from May 30th, Chelsea did not toll us until the morning of our arrival, when I messaged to ask about pool towels. This was a massive disappointment to my family. An offer to cancel the Day of arrival or token refund for our troubles was a far fetching solution to destroy my families weekend. The pool had been shut down for more then 2 weeks prior, she had plenty of time to notify us but failed. 2) Construction: guests need to be aware, that this condo is on the third floor overlooking an active construction site like 4-5metres right below are heavy construction equipment working. The dust and noise starting at 7am is terrible. They did have white noise devices in the bedrooms, but these really do not help with the backup beepers on the diggers and trucks. The Condo balcony is almost unusable from the dust. 3) Friday Harbour resort: The grounds are quite spectacular, and the shops and boardwalk are awesome. The beach area is tiny, water is not so nice, lots of weeds. Unless you are an owner, you do not have access to lawn chairs on the beach, the Beach Club and Lake Club. These are all off limits to renters. Beautiful pools and we couldn’t get to them, just made my kids disappointment worse. 4) FOB access: In and out of the building and parking requires FOB access. There is only one FOB, so I got locked in the parking garage because you can’t drive out without the FOB, I was going into Barrie and left the FOB with my wife to explore the resort. Luckily another resident opened the door for me. Even when we had to leave, we packed up and left, parked on the street and then had to run the FOB back up to the condo. On the positive side: the condo is well stocked, lots of appliances, even a waffle maker, Popcorn pot and seasoning, was so fun. Lots of little extras, great sound system, PS4 with a few games. Final Thoughts, the owner failed to be upfront and communicate the pool closure and the construction. This was preventable, and they likely didn’t want to lose the rental, but instead ruined a families getaway and my wife’s birthday escape. If you are considering renting, please consider this.
