3 Bedroom House in Grants Pass

Come home to this comfortable 3 bed/2bath house in a quiet neighborhood of Grants Pass Oregon. There is an open floorplan, two full bathrooms, and a good size fenced in back yard for the kids and one dog to play safely. There are numerous hiking trails, farm stands, the gorgeous Rogue River, and adorable shops lining 6th and 7th street down town. Please be sure to read all of the details and rules prior to booking! :)
The Space
This recently remodeled property has been given all the amenities you will need to feel completely at home upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, there are extra blankets and towels in the chest in the main bedroom closet, and you can use the washer/dryer in the garage for your stay. We know kids and a dog need a lot of items sometimes, so we have provided you with a dog kennel and a pack-n-play to help out. Feel free to watch the movies in the TV stand, read the books on the shelf, and play the board games provided.
The main bedroom has its own Roku TV. We have logged into Disney+ and Hulu for you. Please use the Guest Accounts while visiting. Feel free to log in to your own accounts if you would like, just try to remember to log out before you leave. If you could please use the coasters provided that would be much appreciated. Most of the furniture is antique in the hopes of making your experience unique.
Judy Lane is located just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but two turns and you are on Bridge street which takes you to downtown and Redwood highway which will take you to anywhere else in Grants Pass you wish to go and I5. Grant Pass is only 30 minutes away from Medford and on your way to Medford you will pass the cute little towns of Rogue River, Gold Hill, and Central Point. Downtown Grants Pass (6th and 7th street) is full of adorable shops and restaurants, including the original Dutch Bros drive through coffee stand. Redwood highway has all your grocery stores, gas stations, and even more restaurants/shops. Text me with your interests and I will provide my favorite places for you!
Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire home during your stay. There is a doorbell nest camera to alert when there is activity at the property. The only people allowed in the home are the amount of people on your reservation. Please make sure your guest count is accurate. There is a Nest Yale Lock with a new code for every guest. You will receive your code the day before your check in date with check in instructions. Your code will expire on your check out date. If you have a compact car, you may park it in the garage, but there is also the driveway and 1 on street parking spot available.
Other things to note *
If you need anything, or have questions about the area, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. The gate to the back yard opens from the outside, so be careful not to lock yourself in the backyard. I try to be available 24/7, but please only contact me after 9 if it is an emergency (and contact 911 first if needed).

Summary: This house was quiet and for us located near family, it was clean it had everything we needed. There was a fenced yard for our dog and walk in shower was important to us. The few steps into the house were a bit difficult for one of our group we are all older but I don't think most will have any trouble. And the owner was very pleasant to talk to. Overall a good place to stay while visiting Grants Pass and the surrounding area!

Summary: My family and I spent a wonderful week here. We’re local and needed a short rental while our kitchen was being renovated, and this house was everything advertised and more. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great linens, sweet backyard with an amazing shade tree, and perfect location. With the price in the same range as a hotel, I’m going to send all our visiting friends and family here in the future.

Summary: We had a quick stay to visit family in town and Danae’s place was the perfect size for my adult kids and grandson. Summary: The house is in a nice residential location. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We enjoyed the Netflix movies. We did run into an issue on the check in date. We arrived at the house around 8 PM after 8 hours on the road. The house was not ready for us. We have to get hotel rooms for one night. Danae, owner/property management apologized and gave us a partial refund. Overall, we enjoyed our visit Grants Pass. The place didn’t have coffee, sugar and etc but the market was near by.
