Summary: The space was much larger than we expected. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to be in one room but also lots of space to sit quietly and read a book while other socialized. Beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows! Home was stocked with all you need. 10-15 minute drive to the T and tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Summary: Great house for me and my wife and two adult daughters, plus our two dogs.Everything about the house is wonderful and adaptable to groups of various sizes. The house is big enough that everyone can have their own space for reading, working etc. There is a great family room as you enter, as well as a sun room in front and very nice dining room and kitchen. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Dogs loved the easy access to the spacious fenced-in yard. Owner lives onsite and responded immediately to all questions and requests. Owner had entire driveway and sidewalk shoveled the morning after a big nighttime snowfall.We plan to come back to this house again when we visit our daughter who lives in the area.

Summary: Brickhouse was so clean and the beds were wonderful. There were plenty of towels. Kitchen so very well stocked with first rate appliances and all the pots and pans you could need for a large group. We were a large group and had everything we needed.Our great host always promptly responded and went out of her way to accommodate our requests yet was never intrusive. Great area to be in with great coffee spots. If I had to list any improvements it would be a comfy couch or chair would be welcome but that is minor.

Summary: This property is beautiful and couldn’t have asked for a better host. The entrance was a bit confusing but glad Cherie was actually there to assist since she stays on the lower level. With that being said she 100% gave us our privacy yet made herself available if needed. The home was so cute , had everything you needed and more, cute fresh flowers and complimentary drinks and snacks. If I come back to Boston I will definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Took my daughter trick or treating around the neighborhood and loved that we had near by options for food and necessities. Thank you so much Cherie for being Amazon!
