The space spread across 1,600 square feet, our cozy house has 4/5 cozy bedrooms, 3 Smart TVs, perfect for accommodating a family or group of friends. The first floor comprises a spacious a bright living room with comfortable pull out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a convenient washer/dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on this level with a king bed, full bed, and a twin bed. Upstairs, you'll find a peaceful bedroom with a queen-sized bed, offering a private balcony perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Adjacent to this bedroom is an open space with two twin-sized beds, providing ample room for rest and relaxation.
Additionally, the house features a driveway that can easily accommodate up to 3 cars, ensuring that parking is never a hassle.

-If you stay overnight on Thursday, you agree to put trash and recycle barrels to curb and put back on Friday morning. IF for any reason you cannot do that, please let us know ahead of time.

Summary: This was a great little place to stay if you want to be close to all of the colleges and downtown. The backyard backs up to an elementary school and it’s in a safe neighborhood. We saw all 6 colleges and did some fun Boston touristy things. The only problem was the very steep stairs.

Summary: We stayed for three nights in Arlington and really enjoyed our time. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed, with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. The AC was great and very helpful during some of the hottest days we’ve had this summer. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and are very clean and well organized. Our hosts thought of many extra touches that we all appreciated— some games and toys for kids, plenty of paper towels ant kitchen supplies, an iron and ironing board, cordless blinds and blackout curtains. There was also a portable crib and high chair in the closet. (We didn’t need them, but someone with small kids would!) One thing to mention— The staircase going up to the second floor is extremely steep, almost like a loft ladder. Our kids stayed upstairs and were fine, but if they were younger, we would have been hesitant to have them climbing up and down that staircase. We love the area and would love to stay again. Thanks!!
