Positive: The location was perfect. The hot tub was great! Everything was clean and organized. Great communication with the host and fast replies.
Negative: The only issue we had was the beds were not that comfortable.

Positive: The location was central to the places we wanted to visit. The beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen well equipped.
Negative: The couch was not comfortable because it is sinking in. The shower was on the upper level and I wasn’t aware and we had my father in law with us whom has a hard time climbing stairs. Other than that we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
Summary: Beautiful home that is well equipped and a great location.

Positive: Plenty of rooms. Kitchen is well stocked. Hot tub is great. Easy check in as we are given a code to lock/unlock the property.
Negative: I had requested for an early check in which didn’t work out as they had guests the day before, which was fine. However, when we got there at 3pm check in time, the house cleaners were still there cleaning and did not finish until 3;30 or so. The house reeked with cleaning solutions we had to open windows and doors to air out the fumes. Also of note the house is across a trauma hospital- so sirens and helicopter landings were a frequent occurrence. Fortunately it didn’t disturb our sleep. The rest of our stay was pleasant. The house had plenty of towels. Kitchen had spices which helped as we prepared a few meals.

Positive: It was very spacious and comfortable. Best stocked place we’ve ever stayed which was appreciated! The bikes were a great addition.
Negative: Would have liked the full bath on the main floor but that is not changeable. I missed it in the listing.
