Summary: Top poolside condo that had a nice beach decor and was very clean. The pool was clean and refreshing too. The owner was very responsive anytime we contacted her. She even put in a new air conditioner because the old one was working. The only down side was the location, pretty busy intersection, and the noise from all the cars especially on a Saturday night was very loud

Summary: My daughters (grown) shared a wonderful week here. We had no idea that NJ had private beaches and were pleasantly surprised, especially during Covid. The beach was not crowded and the pool was most enjoyable with only 8 units sharing. We booked again for next year! (The unit was remodeled and just perfect for the 3 of us!)

Summary: Really clean, adorable condo. Convenient area, nice pool, walking distance to beach & boardwalk, biking distance to shops in Lavallette. Full size refrig was awesome. The only minor downside was I wish I could have picked it up and moved it to the other side of the street. Lol The intersection was a little busy at times. But overall, great place!

Summary: Perfect little spot in a great location! If you’re not enjoying the clean private beach a block away you can relax poolside! 5 minute walk to boardwalk and tons of dining options nearby!
