Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni guest house. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient near to the Train station Termini and not so wide from the Attractions. We were afraid because of the tram nearby that it's gonna be loud but actually we sleeped very well and it wasn't loud. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Positive: Everything was clean and a woman comes to clean everyday.

Negative: It is a bit far a way from monumental places. It was hard to walk there everyday after walked around whole day. We didn’t want to take a bus, they look so bad and crowded :(

Negative: It was a little difficult to get in touch to check in. When I finally managed to do so, everything was great.

The host was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The building has a lift, which makes it easy when travelling with luggage. Overall, it was a practical option for a short stay in a good location.
