ElyRose is a newly and prestigiously refurbished, spacious and sun-lit apartment located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the four major basilicas in Rome, in the lively Monti district, at only 150 mt away from the tube stations of Vittorio Emanuele (line A) and 250 mt from Cavour Station (line B). It is right in the middle the Colosseum and Termini Station. This 120 sq mt apartment is the best choice to enjoy your stay in the Eternal city as it located at a walking distance from many touristic attractions and the area is full of wine bars, restaurants and shops. We are at your complete disposal before and during your stay with tht aim to make your vation in our property a very memorable one. We can organize the pick up service from and to the airport and to Civitavecchia Port, home made italian meals and guided tours.
The apartment is composed of 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller one: a master bedroom with a king size bed where a single bed can be easily be opended as folded to be a puff; a triple bedroom with both a king size and a single bed or 3 single beds; and a smaller bedroom with a king size bed. ElyRose House has 2 modern and elegant bathrooms (one with a hydro massage bath tub, to be also used as shower, the other with a large shower). Moreover, a large bright and fully equipped dining room with complete kitchen facilities and the access to the amazing terrace where you’ll spend some memorables moments! Each bedroom has an individual access to its balcony. The apartment is characterized by original, beautiful and colorful marble floors and high vaulted ceilings. It is fully equipped with air conditioning (in each room!), wi-fi internet connection and 3 TV SAT with about 200 international channels.
Termini Station (the main train station of the city) is at a walking distance with direct public connections from/to both airports.

Summary: Our family enjoyed staying in this large apartment near Termini, Santa Maria Maggiore and the Colosseum. The apartment is close to public transportation, shops and everything you need for your stay in Rome. Bonus that Regoli bakery is around the corner!The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking ng and the outdoor patio was an added bonus.

Summary: Property was everything as promised, great location and good size for 2 adult kids and three 12 year old girls plus ourselves. Only reason for 4 stars on communication was we were supposed to have travel from airport to apartment which never showed up and no response to message, we hopped on train and was not an issue in the end. When water heater turned off we called owner and got immediate help which solved problem on apartment provided cell phone.Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Overall I would definitely recommend this

Summary: Sandro and Cinzia were great hosts. They arranged for our pick up and drop off to the airport. We had a small issue with the heating but it was remedied right away by Fabio a family friend. They left us a nice bottle of Brut for our inconvenience which was nice. The apartment is very well situated to all the major sites. The apartment has 2 nice bathrooms side by side. Water pressure is weak but enough. 2 large bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings large windows and 1 smaller room on the other side facing a beautiful church. Beds were very comfortable. Decorated antique style. There is an old interesting elevator which we had fun taking every day. Only 3 people fit. Many grocery stores and excellent restaurants nearby. The building is very secure and we felt very safe walking around at night. I would recommend staying there to live among the locals. expetaking.mdistancsitsitesthThlled.

Summary: Stayed in this safe and conveniently located apartment for three days before a cruise. Host arranged airport pick up And transportation to the port for our party of 4. The apartment was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the terrace dining area. The elevator was a big plus as we were a party of four with luggage for a long cruise. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We would love to stay here again and will recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Summary: This apartment, as my sister-in-law said, is what a apartment in Paris should look like. Very stylish, in an antique way, very clean and supplied with everything you need. Location is awesome, 10 minute walk from Roma Termini, 30 min fro Colliseum and a 11188-euro cab to the Vatican.
