Positive: A unique and beautiful stay. The owners transformed farm buildings into imaginatively designed lodgings and restaurants. We did not use the spa or the party rooms. The restaurant at the inn was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious, both at dinner and at breakfast the following day. The portions are generous. At breakfast, I ordered an omelet and it was the best one I had ever eaten in my life!

Positive: Staff were a highlight. Helpful and fun to interact with. Food quality and options were the best of any 3 star hote we have ever stayed in. Room was better than expected too

Negative: ASK FOR THE TOP FLOOR! If you don’t end up on the top floor, you can hear every noise those above you make. Walking, TV, running bath water. Toilet flushing. Everything. And at all times of night.

Summary: Exceptional in almost every way. Would be more than happy to return if we could book the top floor

Negative: I paid a premium for a deluxe king and the room I got looked absolutely nothing like pictured. Our room was dismal with mismatched thrift store furniture, bad sheets and threadbare towels. Very disappointed to say the least.

Negative: Because of the hill, the steep roads are good for cars but not good for walking especially for ladies in heels.
