Summary: This Hilton Garden Inn is sub par. I like this particular chain because it’s usually clean. I can’t stand feeling dirty in a hotel and I pay extra to avoid that. This one is kinda gross. There were weird hairs in my room and it was very dusty. The lobby and hallways were dirty. Some spilled food was smushed into the carpet in the hallway the whole time we were there. There was also a random dirty glass with a stray lime wedge near the lobby that nobody could be bothered to move. The back door was broken- couldn’t get in with key. Our room was near it so it was very inconvenient. We carried everything from our car with the dogs to said door and it wouldn’t open. Speaking of the dogs, every time we took them outside we had to prop the door open with a rock so we could get back in without having to walk all the way around the building to the front then all the way through the entire hotel to our room. There were dirty towels left out all night in the courtyard behind the pool. People working in the front were kinda inept. We would have paid for breakfast but the buffet options sucked. And to be honest I was grossed out in general and didn’t trust them to cook. The view from our room was a creepy abandoned property.

Summary: It was clean and great for the night. They were very kind and gave us free breakfast for a very minor inconvenience which was unexpected. Just little things like a button on the remote missing and the shampoo and toiletries very low. Beds were comfy, staff was polite and kind. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: The staff was pleasant and the property was neat and clean. You could tell that the staff and management care. The only thing I wish was posted was an sign asking guests to be quiet in the hallways after 11pm.

Summary: Good stay. The room was comfortable and it was convenient. The breakfast was awful however. Very little variety, the eggs smelled bad, and the coffee was poor. This type of breakfast is typicallly included in 2 star hotels. Seriously. Also, when did they stop giving out cookies?

Summary: My stay was going well until I woke up to some woman standing in my room while I was sleeping asking me why I hadn’t left yet . How dare she not check her records, because if she had of she would have known that I requested a late check out! She left me feeling completely violated and disturbed. No one wants to wake up with a stranger standing overtop of you inquiring why you are still in a space that you have paid for!

Summary: This is an adequate, highway hotel for an overnight stay, no more than that and not a place I would be looking to repeat a visit to. No food available on a Sunday, no extra coffee pods available. The location was convenient for getting on and off the highway and near stores and places for food.

Summary: This hotel was over priced for what you get. Breakfast was not included and $16 per person if you wanted to have it. The hot tub was out of service which was one of the main reasons we booked here. The room was missing a remote for the TV and the coffee cream that was in the room was clumpy. Wouldn't return
