Positive: Great facilities. Roof terrace was beautiful, included great seating areas, bbqs and firepit. Great games room including free pool table, table football, shuffleboard and retro games console. Great location, very close to metro(3-5 stops to central ateas) and ferry .
Negative: Keys were not at reception when we arrived after a long flight. Concierge went above and beyond and lent us a temporary key. The keys that were left in the apartment did not work and agency did not arrange for replacement during our 3 days stay . Very noisy aircon

Positive: Very well equipped apartment and very spacious, great value for money given its locality. Metro stop is a 5 min walk and a few stops from downtown Boston. The apartment itself had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kitchen had all the things you need if you wanted to cook rather than treating yourselves to a meal at some of the nearby restaurants. It had aircon which is ideal for those hot summer nights. Highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of central Boston, and, given its size, more value for money. It also has on site pool and gym and leisure room that you could use for the duration of your stay - an added bonus.
Negative: Nothing that I could think of.
Summary: Recommend to stay here if you’re looking for a relaxing and spacious place to stay, away from the centre of Boston.cheap

Positive: Location, the pool. Generally the reception staff were great.
Negative: The bed was badly damaged and we had to move room. Whoever decided that bed was suitable really needs to explain their actions. The receptionist on duty the night we arrived was unhelpful and lazy. The open plan set up of the room was good and maximised space, however the fridge freezer being a few meters from the bed was very noisy.
Summary: Nice room - Shame about the bed !!

Positive: Convenient to the maverick blue line. Comfortable beds and spacious.. Love the laundry in site as well as the pool
Negative: Drains didn't drain properly in the bathroom. Called to have maintenance fix the issue. They never came. We had to correct the issue with the tub ourselves with drain o and pulling the massive amount of hair out of the drain. We left the sink as is. Check in my not a breeze. Thank goodness I called ahead to ensure we had a parking pass included. The first time I called the customer service, individuals tried to charge me. Please remember the parking is included for one spot during your stay. The concierge is not there half the time they claim to have someone. There is constant sign stating be back at with a certain time. When we arrived, we had to wait 20 mins until she showed up. She was very nice. But it is very inconvenient not to have someone there, especially when there is not enough proper parking for check-ins. To be honest, if i didn't book thru a third party, I would have asked for a refund. Hopefully, they can work out these things, and the place will be a nice property to stay at. One last, the gold simulator you need to be a true resident to use as you need to book through their resident app.
