Positive: Location comfort and convenience as its name. The room is big enough for 6 people. They provide adequate basic amendities and special items I don't expect like snacks and medical kits. The rooms are clean and comfort to stay.
Negative: The stair is too steep and small but I understand It's among a prime location. The floor is not even and slope a little bit.

Positive: Amazing location. Close to the subway. So easy to get into downtown Boston. Comfortable space, great wifi and excellent communication with the owner.
Negative: Strange sloping floor and tight, steep staircases which wouldn't be suitable for young kids or the elderly but added to the quirkiness for us. :)

Positive: Place was clean and comfortable. Good space for our family of 6. Hosts were very accommodating. Amazing location. Just a few minutes to the subway stop. Neighborhood was quiet and very accessible. So grateful that we could stay in an family apartment for just one night (most have 2 minimum). We would love to have stayed longer and would definitely book again.
Negative: There were two flights of steep stairs, which was fine for us but may be hard if you have small children or mobility issues or have large luggage. Unloading luggage was hard without a parking onsite but we had enough people to stay with the car and drop off bags at the same time. We returned our rental car early and just used public transit.
