Positive: Very clean. Good range of food at meal times especially breakfast and lunch.
Negative: Most staff are friendly but older lifeguard extremely rude. Lifts very small and slow . Long queues at bar in lounge in evenings . Evening entertainment mostly disappointing.

Positive: Although the hotel is not located close to the beach, it is quite convenient with a lot of parking spots around and within walking distance from the public beach, cafes, and restaurants.
Negative: The hotel should urgently repair their elevators. They are in extremely poor condition with the absence of air ventilation. The elevators vibrate while ascending and moving slow.

Positive: The all-inclusive package was great, there was a lot of variety of food every day, the location was perfect, close to everything.
Negative: The condition of the towels is not acceptable for any hotel, even worse for a hotel that calls itself 4 stars, they were in terrible condition, holes/torn, initially we thought it was a mistake, so we requested an exchange and they gave us an even worse one, they also did not respect the “do not disturb” sign, we put the do not disturb sign on the door and they still entered the room to clean, I considered this invasive and disrespectful since the client asked not to disturb by putting the sign on the door.
Summary: The hotel and location are good, but there is a lot of room for improvement!

Positive: Food was great, travelled with my brother who is vegan and the staff couldn’t do enough to provide for him, he asked once and then was approached every time we entered the restaurant and asked if he would like specific meals cooking for him, this was incredible and the staff were amazing to make it so easy for him. Room was a decent size, but not huge. Good bathroom though with great shower, comfy beds and decent size balcony.
