Other Policy The property is located just off the b5106 road next to the conwy water gardens. please request full directions by email as sat navs will not work and you may not find it easily, due to the property location, internet access is very limited and the connection may be slow. mobile phone signal is weak in some parts of the house, please note, the property does not accept american express so please use an alternative card when booking.in order for the deposit to be taken, please be aware that the room service during your stay does not include fresh linen. however, clean towels are available if needed and teas and coffees are replaced, arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 must be requested in advance. arrival after 23:00 is not possible, bedrooms are not tidied daily during your stay unless requested. extra towels, teas/coffees etc are available at no extra charge.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, managed by a private host
