Positive: Amazing location with lovely view to hills from the conservatory and very peaceful. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. Having a downstairs bedroom with additional ensuite was very helpful for my elderly mum. The front garden was a nice space for the dog and had morning sun with the patio area at the back getting it in the evening - wonderful to relax in after a a day's sightseeing!
Negative: Perhaps just the addition of a hook to secure the stable door open to allow for a through breeze would be helpful.

Positive: The cottage is very attractive, clean and comfortable. It is a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the view whilst having breakfast or relaxing in the evenings. The quiet location made it a perfect break and it is a good area for walking. It is also a short drive to Rowen or the nearest pub and to Conwy.
Summary: Very comfortable and relaxing location with everything we needed for our stay.

Positive: Sycamore Cottage gives you the best of both worlds - close to main tourist sites and peace and quiet at the end of a busy day, full of beautiful scenery and birdsong. The Dutch Pancake House and Groes Inn on the doorstep are an added bonus.
Negative: Nothing to dislike but be aware like many of the country roads in area, lane to cottage is narrow.

Positive: The house is very cute. The accommodations are excellent. I would definitely come back.
Negative: The only problem was that the stove wasn’t working. We had planned to cook, bought everything we needed, but when I started cooking I realized the stove wasn’t working. We are a family who enjoys cooking and had everything planned. We spoke to the owner about the issue and he said he would sort it out, but we had to go out for dinner and for breakfast the next day.
Summary: The house is very cozy. We loved the conservatory. And we’re planning to come back in the spring because it must be even

Positive: Perfect home from home, beautifully located, secluded but not far from all you need, views outstanding. Cottage had all the amenities we needed. Comms were great, we didn't want for anything... Our dog settled instantly and didn't want to leave... Pancake house nearby was a great bonus.
Negative: Absolutely nothing to do with the property, but the local footpath network needed maintenance, as blocked routes and styles that were not dog friendly hampered our anticipated walks...
Summary: Perfect getaway in a great location.
