This apartment has a ever changing water front /river view with private balcony.
This homely apartment has two double rooms , main bedroom with a Pillow top Queen size bed, Air Con and ensuite, the other bedroom has a King Double size bed ( Long Double). Both rooms have their own TV and have plenty of storage/drawers.
New drapes & blinds
The kitchen is full size with a fridge, dishwasher, condiments, tea & coffee etc and all cooking facilities.plus toasted sandwich s to coffee plunger! + New Air Frier for fast healthier Chicken & chips providing its left clean!!
The living area has a New Double Lazy boy sofa & a fold out sofa bed (extra mattress is available on request. Complete with a separate dining table & 4 chairs, Smart 42" Tv
The apartment Lounge has air conditioning,+ new a/c unit in Master Bed, Out door Table & chairs on Balcony.
Folding Baby porta Cot (Free if left clean)
Arrival time 4 pm Departure 10 Am if you need early arrival or late departure please ask, we will accomodate you at no cost providing it works for our cleaning team
The complex has two swimming pools with an outdoor area with sun loungers, dining tables, sun umbrellas etc

Summary: Unit was clean and well appointed. The flexible shower head couldn't be turned on in the main bathroom, apart from that we enjoyed the location and the unit.

Summary: We stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt right at home! Great location - close to the action but away from the hustle and bustle, quiet cul de sac, close to shops, restaurants, beach. Only 15-20 mins drive to all the theme parks, Seaworld is even closer. Beautiful view of the canals and boats gently going by, we sat on the balcony a lot and chilled. Great Facilities - everything you need, 2 beds, 2 baths (one is an ensuite), separate toilet from main bathroom, main bathroom has a bath, laundry has washer, dryer, sink and spare fridge too. Kitchen is big and has all the appliances you need, inc, airfryer and smoothie maker! Parking was a breeze on the street or undercover. Heaps of extra stuff supplied. All present as clean and tidy. Host Dan was great with comms, and always quick to respond, we got in easily and flexible with check-in and out times. Would recommend it to a family that would like to explore Gold Coast and surrounds and have a great, comfortable, cozy place to chill out afterward. Perfect, thanks Dan! We'll be back....

Summary: The property is in great location, and was clean and well stocked. The underground visitor's parking spot was great as street parking is limited. The weather was particularlyhot and humid. The aircon in the living room worked great. I'm not used to this kind heat so the bedrooms were a bit hot at night. I used all the fans in the bedroom which helped a bit.
