Positive: Overall I'd say it's a nice friendly apartment, good value and in a nice quiet location, but with a few rough edges. Our particular room was nice and comfortable and came with some bonus items like board games and activities for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful plus they let us have a late check-out which was great.
Negative: We got off to a rough start. We arrived and found the room hadn't been cleaned and serviced - the sheets weren't changed, rubbish (nappies) in the bins, amenities hadnt been replaced. The staff were very apologetic and did their best to sort us out. Our room was nice but we were staying in a group and some of their rooms were not nearly as good as ours, so it's fair to say it's luck of the draw with this particular apartment block. Our room was great except the toilet made a pretty annoying noise all night that we mostly drowned out by closing the doors. And the outdoor bbq wouldn't start until we managed to borrow some matches off a nice resident.

Positive: Location was good. View from the balcony was awesome. It was very close to the beach. So having morning walks was too easy along the corniche. For the apartment, it was well equipped with all kitchen equipments. It had everything be it utensils, kitchen appliances etc everything was well provided. Beds were very comfortable too.
Negative: Cleanliness was bit compromised. Kitchens cabinets were stinky and not wiped clean at all. There were lot of cockroaches in the apartment. We had booked the apartment for a week. When we reached, the toiletries provided was only for a days use. Be it garbage bags or laundry tabs…. Everything was for a days supply. No body wash or hand wash was provided. So we had to buy everything for a weeks use which was very annoying as you were made to get the basic essentials even after paying ur stay. So for location it’s a 10/10 but for rest all the property stands 4/10
