Welcome to the Golden Eagle Nest, this 5 bedroom vacation home is located in a desired North Nanaimo neighbourhood and features ocean and coastal mountain views. Enjoy these spectacular views while cozied up to the fire bowl on the roof top patio or from the many picture windows throughout the house. The home is bright and spacious, and features modern furniture, linens, and décor. This home is perfect for a quiet girls gathering, re-connecting with family and for small group getaways.
Upon entry to the house, you are welcomed by a grand foyer filled with natural light and a cathedral ceiling. To the left of the foyer there is a spacious bedroom, furnished with 2 queen beds; there is also a 2 piece bathroom on this level.
The stair case leads to the main floor of the house and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, eating nook in the kitchen, a family room with a flat screen TV, and a formal living room with a gas fire place. There's a full bathroom on this floor, laundry room, and two bedrooms with queen beds. The two balconies on this level are perfect spots to relax and enjoy the endless ocean views.
The master bedroom is located on the third level of the house and features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a ensuite with a soaker tub and glass enclosed shower. The master bedroom is bright and spacious and the large windows fill the room with natural light; the sliding door leads to a private balcony with ocean views.
Many popular amenities are within minutes from the house; trendy restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, beaches, walking trails and golf.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Please note that the maximum capacity for the Golden Eagle Vacation Home is 6 guests. Additional guests will be subject to additional charges: $25 per person.

About North Nanaimo
The neighbourhood of North Nanaimo encompasses has a great mix of Family homes, Luxury Real Estate, Condos, Retirement Communities and Commercial areas. It is also home to many stores such as Costco and Walmart, as well as family-run businesses and Nanaimo’s largest indoor mall, Woodgrove Centre. There is a little bit of everything for everyone with plenty of restaurants, sporting opportunities, ocean views and plenty of walking trails and some of the best beach accesses in the city on many of the smaller side streets.
There are 3 level of stairs in the home, accessibility may be difficult for someone with mobility limitations

No smoking permitted in the house or on the property
There is a $25 trash removal charge for groups over 6 people
This is our vacation home and we are asking guest to please respect a few requests.:
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- No smoking at the front of the house as the neighbours will complain.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from all decks to avoid an additional $50 cleaning fee.
- No parties, events, or loud music on the deck or on the property.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- If you use the BBQ, please ensure you clean it afterwards or a cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your stay. Put the cover back on the BBQ after each use.
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the house. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets are not allowed at the front of the house.
When checking-out, please remember to,
- Tidy house; load and run the dishwasher, and start a load of towels.
- Return Patio cushions to the master bedroom closet.
- Please leave all garbage and recycling in the garage in the bins provided.
- Ensure the BBQ is clean to avoid a $250 additional cleaning fee.
- Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the house, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat throughout the house.
