Positive: I liked the desert location
Negative: The property was more outdated than the pictures shown on website - no pool in sight and the rooms were very basic, with old beds and AC was old - could not alter it from the ‘freezing cold’ setting. Also not very safe for female travellers as no service and no WiFi across the whole property.
Summary: Was a very different experience but I would not do it again.

Positive: Great experience to spend the night in the middle of the desert, staff was super nice and meals provided were of a good quality.
Negative: The facilities are old, the price is quite expensive compared to what is offered. Activities are also highly priced.

Positive: You are in the middle of the desert surrounded by massive sand dunes, wild goats and camels, and not much else - and that is what makes it amazing. All the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Since we were traveling during the low season we were the only people there for the first day/night and they upgraded us to a much bigger room. There is a lovely tea and dessert service around a fire before dinner. Breakfast and dinner are provided in the price and both are really good with too much yummy food to choose from. There is a large pool that is perfect to cool off in during the blazing hot days. We did a sunset ATV tour which, while expensive, was totally worth it! We loved our time at this unique resort.
Negative: The chairs at the pool need to be replaced, but that is minor. We loved our time here!
Summary: Cannot recommend more - perfect desert stay!

Positive: Beautiful place : the entrance, swimming pool area Dinner by the swimming pool with music very nice The driver went to meet us because we could not find the parking spot Nice welcome with fruit but coffee only Nice tea time before dinner + decor and video projector Friendly staff and very reactive when we needed assistance in the middle of the night, dispositions were taken quickly to take my pregnant self to the nearest hospital with the sweetest accompagnator
Negative: The very cold swimming pool Lack of choice in drinks (they only had coke when I can’t have any) and dessert at dinner The very early breakfast (ends at 9am), having spent some of my night in the hospital my husband and I could not wake up in time and nothing was arranged for us to eat, the response was breakfast is over when it was only one other guest with us I forgot my pregnancy pillow and never got a response in order to be able to get it back Need more drinking water in the room The shower was either boiling hot or cold no in between, could not take a proper shower
