It was beautiful, clean, in a great location, and the management company was very responsive. We had several issues with the golf cart that they were very quick to resolve. The home could use a little organization with linens and other supplies, but it’s certainly not an issue that would stop us from coming back! Highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this very beautiful home. We planned a family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The positives, beautiful home, near a public beach access and also near a walking and bike path. The downside, construction going on to the home next to us was going on everyday and it was very loud, grandchildren could not really nap. It might be best if people are notified of construction or possible things going on around the home such as this so they can know it ahead of time. Mattress on the sofa bed was dirty and we did have to make some different sleeping arrangements as we planned for that as a place to sleep. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. We were not aware of the limited space for public beach. I think others planning to stay in the area should research this before booking a stay. Nothing could have helped that other than making sure people are aware of the limited area of public beach space

The kitchen equipment is in great need of replacement. Pots and pans are scratched. We didn't use the pots and pans because of the rust. The kitchen is not well equipped which is disappointing and difficult to work with. Even the ceramic bowls and casserole dishes are scratched and unusable. The kitchen is my only complaint which it makes it challenging to cook.

Summary: This modern beach home met the needs of our family. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items to cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The front porch had comfortable outdoor furniture as well as the walk out from the master bedroom. Location was ideal to ride the golf cart to restaurants and Blue Mountain Beach.

Summary: Tucked in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, cozy living room and beds for our family. Kitchen well stocked for light breakfast, lunches, and 1 dinner we cooked. Space was very clean and crisp. Getting to the beach was easier than we thought with the golf cart provided and my 6 year old daughter and I walked there one afternoon. If you’re going during peak season, be prepared that finding a beach spot might be tricky. From the closest beach access point from our neighborhood, much of the direct beach access is private. If it’s crowded, be prepared to walk down the beach a little ways to find an open spot. Only inconvenienced us 1 day and then it was easier to find a spot for the remainder of or trips (as it seemed that most ppl had ended their vacation). We liked that it was a easy drive to Seaside and Grayton, but was away from the hustle and bustle.

This home is in a great location in very nice newer neighborhood. VERY clean! The layout of the home worked well with 2 en-suites, and 2 other full baths so no waiting on showers! The home is set up well with kitchen supplies, a few beach towels, extra blankets, and a storage area with beach items. The pool is just around the corner and the beach is an easy walk for our adult family. There is a convenient public access with restrooms, shower, and parking. You can rent chairs and umbrella set ups on the beach. Very convenient to restaurants, ice cream, and publix. We would definitely stay again!
