The amenities you want, in a community you’ll love! “Blue Harmony” is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bedroom 30A getaway in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach—and it’s just a short walk to the sugar-soft sand of the Emerald Coast. This vacation retreat is located in the gated community of Lakeside and features a gourmet-style kitchen, and access to the beautiful Lakeside community pool. All of the fun and excitement of Seaside and Watercolor are just four miles away.
Beginning on the first floor, gorgeous hardwood floors are complemented by beautiful finish carpentry throughout. The gourmet-style kitchen features select stainless appliances, including a gas range stove. Granite countertops include a spacious island that incorporates seating for 4. The kitchen opens onto the living room, where you’ll find plenty of comfy seating and a vast flat-screen TV. Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8. A half bath and laundry room are located downstairs for guest convenience.
On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious Master bedroom with a king bed, and a private bathroom offering huge separate showers. A few steps away is a bedroom-sized walk-in closet with plenty of storage space, which could also fit a pack-and-play .There is also a private large screened-in porch which is an excellent place for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Down the hall is a second guest bedroom with a king bed and flat screen T.V You also have another full size bath with shower. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. Kidd's will love the crisscross layout . There is a Jack and Jill bath that the bunk room shares with the last King size bedroom. It has a shower/tub combo.
The outdoor spaces truly set " Blue Harmony” apart. The welcoming front porch has a comfy swing and seating, making it the perfect place to relax with friends and loved ones. Around the corner is a grilling area with additional seating and an Outside shower!

Summary: Great Home, Excellent Location and we had a Fantastic Getaway! Walking distance to beach if that's your jam or the golf cart worked great and we never had a hard time finding parking at the beach access. Highly recommend and we will be going back!

Summary: The house was amazing!! It was the perfect location to either bike or golf cart to the beach. The outside shower was a plus and helped keep sand out of the house. It was so nice to have so much space in the house for the family to spread out. We loved playing ping-pong at night and the beach toys were an unexpected plus! We also took advantage of the community pool which is heated!! So nice! I hope we will be able to stay here again in the future!

Summary: We had stayed in Blue Mountain Beach once before and loved the area, so we knew we wanted to stay in this general area again. This neighborhood is exactly what we wanted—quiet and close to the beach. The house was also exactly what we wanted. Living room—Has plenty of seating Kitchen—is beautiful and equipped with everything Bedrooms—Very large with comfortable beds Bathrooms—Has lots of counter space and drawers for your belongings Balcony and Front Porch—loved these Laundry Room—plenty of space to tackle some laundry Garage—has a ping pong table and plenty of beach gear. We grilled one evening with the grill located on the back patio. The golf cart was a great item to have! We will definitely return!

Summary: Located in a gated neighborhood, the home itself was very easy to find and access. The build and furniture are all high quality and comfortable. We felt incredibly safe the entire time we were there. The golf cart provided with the rental is a game changer. It actually had some technical difficulties, but the property manager was on top of it and provided a backup. We also had some deer visit the backyard on the first night. Very exciting for the kiddo! One note: You will need to bring disposable kitchen basics. No seasonings, foil, ziplocks were provided. It would have been nice to not have to bring/purchase, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a lovely location that we would recommend to others. Thanks!

Summary: The property was very conveniently located. Had all of the amenities including plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. Perfect for our family. The golf cart and bikes were so helpful getting to and from the beach. The house was exactly as pictured and well kept. My only complaint was the first floor floors needed a good mopping. We had black feet walking around barefoot. Also, the pool code they gave us was backwards but not a big deal as a neighbor gave us the correct code. Other than that, check in was easy. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and answered our calls immediately. I would definitely stay here again.
