Summary: The view of Lake Geneva, Chateau Chillon and the Rhone Valley to Dents de Midi from our balcony room (and the hotel terrace / bar) was stunning! Our room was spacious with tea/coffee and minibar. The quality of the bedding - mattress, pillows and duvet - was exceptional and guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff, supported by interns from numerous countries worldwide, were all friendly, helpful and professional in looking after us during our stay. The centre of Montreux (for shops/restaurants), the ferry dock and the railway station were a 20 min walk away along the shore of Lake Geneva - or 5 mins by the frequent local bus. A fantastic, memorable experience in a beautiful hotel and City.

Summary: Great hotel, amazing staff and incredible accommodations. We traveled with family and reserved 2 rooms, bot were extremely clean and had plenty of room for several suitcases. The bathrooms were spacious and had all of the basic necessities. The outside garden and closeness to the lake, makes this hotel a top notch option. The cost is very affordable and the staff is amazing. Ara was our server both at the hotel bar and at breakfast time, and she exceeded all of our expectations, she is professional, friendly and extremely helpful with providing sightseeing recommendations. The entire staff of this hotel is incredible and very pleasant. The hotel owners are very fortunate to have such a great group of professionals woerking there. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Summary: The property is gorgeous, with amazing views and great location, with lots of dining and entertainment options available close by. The cost of the room was budget friendly, and the room upgrade they offered was amazing. ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly, warm and professional at the same time. Especially Ara, our bar and breakfast server, she is a great professional and extremely welcoming. The hotel has an amazing staff overall. Kudos to the owners for their staff selection.

Summary: The property was lovely and we had a stunning view of the garden and lake from our balcony. The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. It's about a 10 minute walk along the promenade but the walk is beautiful next to the lake.

Summary: The hotel has an excellent view of the lake. The staff members are all super nice and friendly. The breakfast is great with hot and cold food available. Strongly recommending this property if you plan to stay in Montreux.

Summary: Room we stayed in was clean, and quiet environment. Good shower pressure. Great view of the lake from our balcony! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a close walk from a bus stop with a bus line running toward the train station.
