Summary: Super easy host and place for a reasonable price. We would say the beds are a little tired - frames are squeaky - and there were no paper towels or napkins on site. Pool wasn’t open, which was a bummer. Everything else was great!

Summary: Very nice condo! Clean, great decor! Excellent floor plan and close to a lot og activities. Noise from jets can be an issue from time to time, ut otherwise is in a quiet neigh orhood.

Summary: All and all a good spot ,neighbor hood folks all were nice, at first the neighborhood seamed a bit sketchy but after a day it kind of grows on you…..very eclectic , place was clean , master bed was comfy , kitchen was very nice but not a cooks kitchen ,there were only 3 dinner plates a couple of larger serving plates ,plenty of glasses pots and pans were ok ,

Summary: Exterior good, nice courtyard. Unfortunately there are no walking areas in close proximity. Interior very comfortable, appliances new and working properly, bedrooms and bathrooms 👍. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbours and best of all- easy commute to 4 excellent ballparks 😁. Our contact person, Samantha was excellent!! We would definitely be happy with this home should we come to Spring Training again.

Summary: Exterior says it's dated but the entire interior of the condo has been updated. Modern comfortable space large enough to accommodate an entire family with two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great for excursions to Peoria Sports Complex and up to Sedona and other Arizona attractions. Kitchen had limited cooking essentials if you plan to prepare meals at the condo. Beds were pretty comfortable but I would have preferred firmer mattresses. Quiet neighborhood except for the occasional jet from Luke Air Force Base that would fly overhead. When in Phoenix I would stay here again.

Summary: The interior update was a pleasant surprise when compared to the Spanish style exterior. Liked the designated off street parking. The interior was welcoming and clean. The key lock was a little sensitive to use. The support person responded quickly. Very satisfied.

Summary: I read a review about old and industrial area and was a little apprehensive but when i lived in phoenix 20 years ago sun city was a retirement community, so industrial didn’t sound right. Upon arrival the industrial part that was in the review was a golf cart shop and a strip mall with shops. The area is older but it’s not older like run down old. It’s a well taken care of area thats not a modern city with traffic and noise everywhere. If you’re looking for a place to stay with a small family for spring training or travel ball games in the area, that’s also close to everything, this is the place. If you’re not use to quite or want a loud area do not stay here, It’s way to peaceful. The entire week we were there we seen one other tenant in another unit and maintenance workers.

Summary: 24 hours prior to our stay I requested the code for our stay. My request was answered only with “which place”? So I then gave the address and waited. The next morning again I requested the code and no answer. 10 minutes drive to our check in time of 4pm I called and again asked for the code. Samantha then said why didn’t you get ahold of me before this?? I explained that I had 3 times. She then told me that in the instructions it says to call her. Actually in the instructions it says I would be co texted prior to our stay for the address and code. I told her that I have never had to beg to get a code to get into a unit that I had already paid in full for. Needless to say the unit was amazing. Management was not.
