Summary: I was attending the annual FIBO trade show in Cologne and thought I would be joined by others, but I ended up staying at this apartment alone. Still, it was nice to come back to my "own" place every day, one that was secure and quiet with a comfortable bed and terrific bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Summary: This apartment is in a good location of Cologne. There are many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and the train is very close. There is also a great supermarket nearby and a parking garage next to this market. The apartment itself is big and the two bathrooms are very useful. My main negative about this apartment is the bedroom windows. It seems that the building has created an awning structure around the bedroom windows. So in the smaller bedroom there are 3 windows that do not open to the outdoors and in the bigger bedroom 3 out of the 4 windows do not open to the outside. So when we were staying there it was a heat wave and we were VERY HOT. No air could get into the rooms. They did give us fans (there is no air conditioning) but it did not help the sweaty nights. So if you are going not in the summer, this would be a great place to stay. Otherwise the place was clean and in a great location.
