Fantastic non-chain restaurants, plenty of local local Nightlife nearby Such a quiet, safe, friendly, well established neighborhood. With friendly neighbors Close to everything. Food Fun 2 miles to Interstate to head to Orlando, Disney, The Cape, Daytona Beach,New Smyrna Beach, Cocoa beach.

I do come by property almost daily to my shop located out back of property.
Pet fee $10 a day per pet
The property must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Late check outs will be charged a full day’s rental
. Early check-ins may be accommodated by prior arrangement. $25 lost/misplaced key charge. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Outside smoking only.
. Do not stand by doors and smoke it may smell inside.

Although the property will be cleaned after your departure
it must still be left in an orderly state, linens & towels should be placed in laundry room (a wash started if possible), clothes not left in a wet Lump
all trash cans and recycle bins will be taken to the curb Sunday night
Fridge food disposed of correctly not left inside the home, all used food items removed from the home upon check out,
any moved furniture returned to its original location,
all kitchen utensils should be washed.

Summary: Meet Bob. He will go out of his way to make you feel at home. The place is unique! Maybe seems a bit quirky at first, but becomes very cozy when you settle in. We had two adult men on a baseball trip, and, with the unique layout of the rooms, we were able to have two separate master suites and extra space for our gear. Great local food nearby. Short walk to lake views. A real treat.

Summary: Bob, the host, was very responsive and helpful. The house was very quirky but had plenty of space for all 6 of us to either sit together or find their own space. We absolutely loved all the interesting ornaments and objects around the house. Walkable to amazing breakfast cafe - Latin Sisters Cafe - with great food at crazy low prices. Also walkable to Saturday farmers’ market and we also got takeout from Krazy Greek Kitchen which was delicious. Not too far to drive into main area of Orlando but we enjoyed exploring Sanford and Lake Mary. Definitely a great place to stay.

Summary: The place was easy to find, well located near downtown Lake Mary, and very clean. The home was cozy and comfortable and the yard was great for the dogs to run around. Bob is a fun host too! Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Summary: The house is old (built in 1957 I believe), so there are quirks, but it's very charming and well-maintained! Something I think another renter might want to know if that there are step-downs to the dining room/den and to the second bathroom and the room with the bunkbeds; something to take note of if anyone is in a wheelchair. Bob was a gracious host and provided everything we needed!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at the Goodheart House. Bob was a very attentive host, ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. The house is a very short walk to the Lake Mary Events center. We attended a family wedding at the events center. Also, enjoyed having other family members join us for breakfast/ brunch and just hanging out/ enjoying family time together!
