Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We (5 adults and 3 children) were in Denver visiting family, and this house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for all of us, the home was clean and well-kept, and the property manager was very nice, responsive, and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable. The house was well-stocked with supplies (i.e. paper goods, trash bags, laundry detergent). There was plenty of room in the driveway for our two rented minivans. The property owner even came to put the trash cans out for us on collection day. The kids in our group loved the back yard and played on the playscape and trampoline every day of our week-long stay. We all loved the pool table and air hockey table in the basement. There were two full-sized refrigerators with ice makers in the home which was very nice as well. This is a great home for a family or group of friends to stay in on vacation, and we would highly recommend considering this home for your Colorado trip!

Summary: We couldn't be more grateful and pleased with a delightful Christmas holiday at your home. Although there was no commitment to decorate for Christmas, we arrived to exterior lights, a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the family room and decorations throughout the home. Our daughter was so excited! She was further entertained with the bunk beds, playground, books, games in the basement, and a TV in every room! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how well the house was stocked including the kitchen, linen closet and bathrooms. You even had the pack-n-play and high chair ready and awaiting our arrival! For the last 4 years we have spent the holidays in a rental property while we visit family in Denver and this property has by far been our favorite to date. It is clear that the owners cares about the property and their guests; we will certainly stay here again in the future.

Summary: With an unimposing external appearance, this house surprises and delights with internal amenities. Our recent family reunion was enhanced by the fully functional kitchen with every imaginable tool, a spacious deck and gracious couches that could seat all of us.It is well located for activities in Denver or day trips to surrounding tourist destinations. The manager was extremely responsive and open to suggestions and we all had a marvelous time together. As my family gathered from all over the country, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely large property.

Summary: We had 9 people stay at this house and it was great. All of the features inside were as described and everyone enjoyed the game room down stairs. The neighborhood was nice with close access to grocery stores. Everything was clean and well maintained and there were extra towels and blankets. We could not get the outdoor firepit to light. Maybe the tank was low or something but it would try and light but go out. It was down in the 20's during our stay but we were nice and warm inside. I would rent this place again.

Summary: Outside of the house looks nothing like the inside. Outside is older and more worn. The inside is beautiful with hardwood floors and new appliances. The downstairs game room is essential for down time. Great place. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: Stayed with a group of friends for a golf trip, and we loved the spot! Location was perfect (quiet neighborhood but close to everything), and there was tons of space. We used the deck to grill, and played plenty of pool in the basement. Great set of TVs a well. Will definitely be back on our next trip!

Summary: Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, well-maintained, spacious and perfect for a larger group. The property was well equipped with clean bedding, towels, etc. and the owner/property manager were excellent to deal with. Will most certainly stay at this property again when in the Denver area.
